[100% Off] Creatives Learning How To Teach On Skillshare| Worth 95$
Course Description
You are a creative person, have taken lots of creativity classes and are bored, wondering what's next? What's next is you learning how to create your own creative channel on Skillshare!Hi, my name is Tatiana Ambrose and I am a Creative Artist and Online Instructor. I have been making online videos since 2009 and joined Skillshare May 2016. I have loved the community that makes up Skillshare. Skillshare is overall an online community geared towards your creativity and learning different crafts but if you take a closer look you can see how in 2016 Skillshare has expanded to 10k + classes and 2 million students.
Most teachers on Skillshare are also students and that is the best of both worlds when it comes to Skillshare. In this class, I want to take my classes a different direction and specifically talk to all my creative people on Skillshare to encourage you to publish your first class on Skillshare.
If you are nervous, hesitant and still unsure about publishing your first class on Skillshare you are feeling exactly what every new teacher feels when it comes to their first class. In this class I will discuss with you:
- What is holding you back from publishing your first class on Skillshare
- How to plan ahead but not so much you get stuck in planning mode
- Why all the creative people on Skillshare should start teaching this month
- What your first class idea should and shouldn't be geared towards
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Are you starting to record your class but can't get the lighting right or the audio doesn't sound really clear? Maybe you already have a couple classes on Skillshare but want to improve the lighting or audio aspect of your future classes?
This class will help you do just that! I had a very long learning curve when it came to the proper audio and lighting for my video and now want to share not only what I use for my class but also give you comparisons so you can decide for yourself what you want your next class to look and sound like.
I do not have the top of the top professional, expensive equipment, I would say it is average priced but I am very happy with my setup at the moment. I want you to learn from this class and decide for yourself what equipment you want to test out or what equipment you like.
I will also be zooming into specifics of Skillshare class creation where we will talk about the purpose of video editing software, if thumbnail images are important, my favorite places where I search for free photos and the basic steps to having a good introductory video.
The purpose of this class is for you to revisit your introductory video (if you have your first class published already) and see if anything can be tweaked to increase student enrollment plus have some free resources at your disposal in case you ever need them.
Then once you are close to publishing your class the next important element of your class is of your class is to get students to enroll.
Your class doesn't do any good by simply sitting and not getting any enrollments nor student engagement in your class.
I will cover some of the reason why your class may not be getting enrollments as well as some things to keep in mind and ways to tweak your first class to set it up for success.
I understand the struggle of getting enrollments into your first class so this is why in Part 4 I will be giving you insight into how to make your first class a success.
If you don't have your first class published on Skillshare then I highly encourage you to enroll in this Creatives Teaching On Skillshare course with me as I go through each key point that may be holding you back and hopefully encourage you to start creating your very first Skillshare class today.
Stay Creative,
TatianaAmbrose
